- 8 ripe bananas
- Rice flour 140 gr
- Baking powder 7 gr
- White sesame 10 gr
- Grated coconut 65 gr
- Coconut milk 30 ml
- Filtered water 140 ml
- Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar 65 gr
1. Mix The Flour
Put the following ingredients in a bowl: rice flour + baking soda + white sesame + sugar + grated coconut + salt + coconut milk + filtered water. Mix all the ingredients until combined.
2. Cut the Banana and Dip the Dough
Porcelain banana you peel, cut the banana lengthwise into thin pieces about 1cm thick. Next, put all the banana pieces into the bowl of flour, mix gently so that the dough covers all the banana pieces.
3. Fried Cake
Put the pan on the stove, pour oil so that when frying the oil covers the banana pieces. Heat the oil until it is hot, then lower the heat to low, and start frying the banana pieces.
Fry the bananas until the outer layer of dough swells and turns golden brown, then remove the cake and place it in a basket lined with oil-absorbent paper.
4. Finished Product
You wait for the cake to cool down and drain the oil, take the cake out on a plate. Thai-style banana cake when eaten with a little honey to increase the flavor.
