Ingredients and Tools to Make Soy Milk With a Blender
- Soybeans: 500 gr.
- Diameter: 300 gr.
- Filter bag or towel bucket.
Choose large, even beans, not damaged or wilted, soak in warm water for 6-8 hours for the beans to expand.
After the beans bloom, put the beans and a little water in a blender, puree. If the amount of beans is too much, it can be divided into 2 grinds.
Use a towel or filter bag to filter the bean residue, taking only the water. Can be filtered again to remove pea residue.
Put the filtered bean milk into the pot, boil on low heat so that the milk boils slowly, not being suffocated and avoiding overflowing into the kitchen.
Boil the milk, cook for another 10-15 minutes, then bring the pot down and let it cool. If you want to drink hot, you add sugar and enjoy, if you want to drink cool, you can let it cool and then put it in the refrigerator.
