Crab Noodle Soup Ingredients

How to Cook Crab Noodles

  • Step 1: After buying tofu, you wash it, drain it and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Then fry until golden brown.
  • Step 2: Wash tomatoes, cut areca and then stir-fry with cooking oil for 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 3: Wash the crabs, peel off the bibs, and then use chopsticks or small sticks to get the colored water from the crab shells.
  • Step 4: Put the crab body in a blender and puree it with a little salt.
  • Step 5: Pour the crab carcass into a large bowl, add about 200ml of filtered water and gently squeeze the crab meat with your hands. Decant the water and crab meat into the pot 2-3 times, until only the hard shell remains in the bowl.
  • Step 6: Add a little salt and seasoning to the pot of filtered crab water. Then, put it on the stove and heat it on medium heat. While cooking, you just use chopsticks to stir gently so that the crab paste is combined and floats all the way to the surface of the water.
  • Step 7: Use a ladle to scoop out all the floating crabs into a separate bowl. Then, pour the lightly sautéed tomatoes in step 2 into the pot.
  • Step 8: Add 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste and season with other spices for the pot of broth just to eat, then cover the lid and continue to cook with low heat.
  • Step 9: While boiling the broth, you take advantage of making shrimp paste to serve. Dried shrimp you soak with a little warm water to soften and then puree. Then, add 100 grams of ground meat, 2 eggs, minced onion and garlic and a little seasoning to mix well.
  • Step 10: Ladle small portions of the mixture from step 9 into the boiling broth. Wait for it to cook, the patty will float on the surface of the broth, at this time you continue to add the fried tofu with a little vinegar and cook for about 2 more minutes, then turn off the stove.
  • Step 11: Put a pan of oil on the stove to boil and then add the dried onions to fry until fragrant. Then, add the colored water in crab shells and stir well and then turn off the stove. This part of water you can always put in the pot of broth or you can also put it in each bowl when eating.
