- 1 kg pork tenderloin
- 250 ml honey
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- Seasoning: salt, seasoning, soy sauce, pepper
1. Process Materials
Pork tenderloin washed thoroughly with diluted salt water. Or you can wash with warm water. That way the pork will be cleaner. Cut the pork into large pieces, about 0.5 cm thick. Use a hammer to beat the meat, so that the meat is tender and easier to absorb the spices.
2. Scent Meat
Put the pork in a large bowl, add 1/2 part honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, seasoning, mix well. Leave for about 1-2 hours for the pork to absorb the spices.
3. Cooking Meat
Prepare a charcoal stove, when the stove is hot, put each piece of meat on the griddle. Turn the meat evenly so that the meat cooks evenly and doesn’t burn. About 10 minutes, brush honey on the meat so that the meat is fragrant and does not dry out when grilling.
4. Finished Product
Cooked meat on a plate, cut into bite-sized pieces. Can be served with rice or raw vegetables.
