Ingredients for Avocado Smoothie
- Ripe avocado: 1 fruit
- Condensed milk: 30ml
- Fresh milk with sugar: 50 ml
- Step 1: First you remove the skin and then cut the avocado in half and remove the seed, then take the flesh and cut it into small pieces and put it in a blender.
- Step 2: Next, you put ice cubes, fresh milk, condensed milk and sugar into the blender until the mixture is smooth, then turn off the machine.
- Step 3: Finally, pour the avocado smoothie into a cup and garnish with mint, basil or you can add a few spoons of vanilla ice cream on top then enjoy.
