Prepare Materials

  • Carrots: 500g
  • Braised beef seasoning: 2 packs.
  • Cashew oil, tapioca flour.
  • Lemongrass, chili, ginger, onion, garlic, star anise.
  • Cooking oil, salt, sugar, main noodles, pepper, white wine…
  • Basil.

Note: the ingredients must be fresh ingredients. Beef should choose parts with a bit of tendon to make the braised beef more crispy and delicious. Dry goods must ensure the issue of shelf life and storage. Do not use ice products that are past their expiry date or appear moldy or damaged.


After having all the ingredients, how to cook braised beef with bread includes the following steps:

Step 1: Process the Beef

For beef, the removal of the characteristic odor of meat in dishes is very important. By doing well in the process of deodorizing fresh beef, we will go to success more easily when conquering braised beef with bread.
